Third Report on Registered Voters without Voter Id

It seems the lastest report from the NC State Board of Elections that shows the number of registered voters that do not have a valid NC Driver's License has dropped again.  The second report shows over 600,00 without a NC Driver's License.  The current report shows 318,643 voters without a driver's license, and only 255,160 are active voters.

Something to consider.....NC college students in state and out of state, do not change their Driver's license to reflect the address they register at,when they register in their college town.  Since this report identifies only those voters that their address does not match their regstration address, I imagine this number could drop drastically again, if these students were considered.
